Ordering Instructions

  1. Download and complete the Substrate order form or Antibody order form (pdf files – require Adobe Reader).
  2. Fill the order form and email to Carbosource@ccrc.uga.edu or Fax to: 706-542-4412 with the heading “ATTN: CarboSource Services”
  3. A contact name and email address is required.
  4. You will receive an order confirmation by email within two working days. If you do not, please contact us immediately.
  5. We will confirm your order, process your order, then send the invoice and payment instructions.
  6. Orders will be sent within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.
  7. Payment options include check, money order, wire transfer and credit card.
